Delivery Issues
If you did not receive your download or reader link, or the file will not open, we will always help you access what you paid for. Contact us with your order email and we will re-send your access link.
Duplicate Charges
In the rare case of a duplicate charge for the same order, contact us with your Stripe receipt and we will investigate and reverse the duplicate payment.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most delivery or access issues can be solved within a few hours. Chargebacks opened without contacting us first will be disputed with proof of delivery.
